Chunky Chocolate Cookies

125g butter
225g self raising flour
100g soft brown sugar (light)
125g caster sugar
200g chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 180
2. Cream butters and sugars, then add egg and vanilla extract
3. Sift in the flour and salt, then add chocolate chips
4. Roll the dough into small balls for a homemade look
5. Place on baking paper (ungreased) and bake for around 7 minutes (for gooey soft cookies!)
6. Take out of oven, leave to harden a little then transfer onto a cooling rack.
